René Dallaire Youth Sailing Legacy Fund

The René Dallaire Youth Sailing Legacy Fund was created to honour the memory of René Dallaire, founder of the Association québécoise de voile adaptée (AQVA), and his lasting impact.

This fund provides direct financial support to young sailors aged 30 and under living with a physical disability, helping to reduce financial barriers to their participation in sailing. Through these bursaries, young athletes can access training, take part in out-of-town regattas, and continue the development of their sailing skills in an inclusive and empowering environment.
